Cannot access Avira SMC.

Hi,

I'm having a problem accessing the SMC. I'm getting error:

The connection to the server couldn't be established on port 7000.

I've tried starting the service Avira Security Management Center Server. It starts but seem to stop instantly. I've looked a the logs and found out:

[2010-10-04, 16:37:31] [FATAL] The requested address is not valid in its context.

(bind failed in soap_bind())
[2010-10-04, 16:37:31] [INFO] "Freeing session manager";[1002]

172.16.220.8 is another server and i'm unsure if this server should be the IUM. Is there a way to change it ?

Hi trep,

Your profile says Avira Premium Security Suite but Avira Security Management Center Server belongs to Avira AntiVir Professional or Avira AntiVir Server, Avira AntiVir WebGate or Avira AntiVir MailGate. This forum only for Avira Personal, Avira Premium and Avira Premium Security Suite. We cannot provide help for this version of AntiVir. Please have a look into your contract for details how to contact to the professional helpdesk.
